A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other technical related discipline is required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred, Proven record of success as a “hands on” operations management leader with at least 10 years’ experience in similar role with a history of progressively responsible career progression, Demonstrated knowledge of and familiarity with world class manufacturing techniques including; Standard Work, Daily Management, 5S/Visual Management, TPM, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma, Experience in Aerospace and Defense manufacturing is highly desirable, Experience in managing the opening a manufacturing facility is a plus
