This role combines strong operational leadership, people management, and a continuous improvement mindset, with full responsibility for safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.The Plant Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and building a high-performance culture on the shop floor.Requirements Proven experience as Plant Manager / Factory Manager / Operations Manager in FMCG or food production Strong leadership experience managing large production teams Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and food safety standards Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing / CI tools Strong business mindset with the ability to balance cost, quality, and service Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Fluent English  Responsibilities Full responsibility for day-to-day plant operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams (production, engineering, quality, planning) Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and H&S standards (e.g. BRC, IFS, HACCP) Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, waste reduction) Own and optimize plant KPIs: safety, quality, cost, service level, and efficiency Manage production budgets, cost control and productivity improvements Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D and Commercial teams Support capacity expansion, capex projects and process automation initiatives The offer Senior leadership role with real operational impact Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Opportunity to work in a stable yet growth-oriented FMCG organization Autonomy to shape operations and implement improvements Long-term career development opportunities
