Responsibilities Design, implement, and operate features of the Kubernetes platform to enhance developer experience Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous delivery and automation Automate manual processes and contribute to system and container hardening Manage and optimize cloud infrastructures, primarily in Microsoft Azure Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate modern DevOps practices Support the implementation of cloud-native strategies across environments Grow into or take on the role of Tech Lead within the platform engineering team Qualifications Degree in IT or related field or adequate experience Fluent in German, English and Polish Hands-on experience with cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure Practical experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) management Familiarity with observability tools such as Loki, Prometheus, and Grafana Knowledge of Azure DevOps, scripting (Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Python), and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep, etc.) Interest in automation frameworks such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet Availability to work remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter About Cluster ReplyCluster Reply is the Reply Group company specializing in consulting and system integration of Microsoft technologies.
