Advanced data analysis experience with expert knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas) to produce portfolio/program performance analysis and dashboards., Good understanding of Portfolio/Project Management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and best practices, with proven experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role., Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project, or equivalent., Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly., Ability to work at pace, meet challenging deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations., Continuous improvement mindset – challenge conventional approaches and simplify processes in a dynamic environment., Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team., Proficiency in English at a business level.
