1–3 years of experience in a PMO, project management, or resource management environment, preferably within a technology-driven organization, Solid understanding of project management principles and the project lifecycle, Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and good working knowledge of other Microsoft Tools (e.g PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook), Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps, Proven ability to prepare clear and insightful project reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, Excellent command of Polish and English (C1 level), both written and spoken, Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy, Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and levels of the organization, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling data-driven insights and recommendations, High level of accountability and ownership, with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, Flexibility and openness to working in an international, culturally diverse environment, Professional certifications such as SAP Activate, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, P3O, or AgilePM, Previous working experience with SAP or other ERP systems, Proficiency in German at a business level
