We are a growing team of business experts in finance, accounting, data and technology ready to „WOW” the world with our expertise, passion and pride to be GREEN.We act on our values of Passion for consumers & customers, Courage to dream & pioneer, Care for people & planet, Enjoyment of Life, always focused on being ourselves: inclusive, diverse, and open for new challenges. Your daily tasks may include: document management: maintaining accurate records of all project documentation, ensuring proper filing, version control, and compliance with company standards leading the rollout of a standardized document control capability and continuously improving documentation processes tracking & reporting: monitoring document status, updating logs, and generating reports on documentation progress and outstanding items distribution & access control: coordinating the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders and managing permissions to ensure secure access training project teams and suppliers on processes and the usage of the document control system quality assurance: checking documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with formatting and regulatory requirements prior to release. support & coordination: supporting project teams with document-related queries and ensuring timely submission of deliverables. creating, updating, and maintaining project data in internal systems (project administration), supporting time writing, and creating SharePoint folders as well as action and decision lists. owning and managing the global Document Control Community. acting as the functional owner of the Document Management Playbook.  You are a good match if you have: Bachelor degree in business, Supply Chain, investment or a related field preferred background in PMO with a strong affinity with Supply Chain and IT with at least 2 years of experience in an OPCO and/or at corporate level strong affinity with IT, Supply Chain and data extensive skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, think cell and PowerPoint.  You are a perfect match if you also have:familiarity with Document Control and SharePoint management.What we offer:  Private Medical Healthcare Performance bonus Pluxee card Life insurance Referral program Development opportunities Local and global job opportunities within HEINEKEN Hybrid work model At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
