This is a remote position with a start date as soon as the candidate successfully completes the interview process.Monthly B2B salary: 15,000 - 21,000 PLN net.About the Role: As a Power BI Developer, you will join our client’s analytics team to transform complex business requirements into clear, impactful data visualizations and dashboards. You will work in a cooperative, non-corporate environment where knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement are part of the daily workflow. Your role will focus on designing and optimizing Power BI solutions, developing scalable data models, and ensuring that stakeholders across the organization receive accurate, actionable insights. You will play a key part in maintaining access controls, supporting users, and elevating the overall BI capabilities of the company.Key Responsibilities:  Translate business needs into technical specifications, data models, and clear visual representations Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models Optimize Power BI performance to ensure fast and reliable reporting Manage user access, including server permissions and Row-Level Security (RLS) Support end users by providing documentation, training, and ongoing dashboard maintenance and enhancements Write advanced DAX expressions to deliver accurate and dynamic calculations Candidate Profile: Strong experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models Proficiency with DAX, including advanced calculations and performance tuning Solid understanding of data modeling principles and BI best practices Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable analytical solutions Experience optimizing report performance and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) Familiarity with SQL and working with relational data sources is highly beneficial Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users through training and documentation Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, usability, and visual clarity Interview Process: Phone screening Technical  interview Culture fit interview   If you are a passionate Power BI Developer eager to contribute to a healthcare company and grow within a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
