Excellent fundamentals and excellent implementation skills in deep learning, vision models, or multimodal models, Strong engineering ability with Python and PyTorch, experience building ML models from scratch in PyTorch and/or JAX/Flax, Excellent system design skills and experience with complex collaborative AI projects, ability to implement research ideas in a clean way and productize AI pipelines, Experience with robotic manipulation (manufacturing or logistics applications) or other physical AI projects (ADAS, autonomous driving, etc.) is a big plus, Experience working with large scale AI training (GPU clusters, Ray), Strong publication record in deep learning, generative models, computer vision, or physical AI (RL, VLA), MS or PhD degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
