TASKS:Service delivery and process management: • Ensure service delivery within Procurement Services department for dedicated customers according to the SLA’s and group standards.• Monitor performance and quality standards defined in SLA’s and KPI’s. • Ensure high quality service culture (drive and implement service orientation initiatives).• Drive process optimization/ process design improvement initiatives and efficiency programs.Customer management and sales activities: • Manage customer relationship related to Procurement Services, manage customer claims (handle regular communication with customer and other stakeholders and build relationship; acts as an escalation point for customer).• Self-responsible analysis of tenders / specifications of new potential contracts; preparation and summaries of concepts; Contact with customers, meetings with partners / customers / potential clients.• Preparation of SLA`s, calculations and other contracts.• Proactive activities with regard to sales opportunities (acquiring new projects and or building up existing ones).People management: • Manage and lead teams: develop, coach and train direct reports (team leads, supervisor or other direct reports) to improve their performance.• Ensure the department is appropriately staffed (in alignment with HR Manager).• Ensure staff is properly trained and developed.• Agree annual performance objectives with all direct reports.• Ensure all staff have clearly defined performance objectives, aligned with performance and quality standards defined in SLA’s.REQUIREMENTS:• Fluent German is a must (C1 or higher).• Good or fluent English (B2 minimum).• Strong integrity and business ethics.• Strong experience in Procurement Services area.• Business acumen.• Experience in managing teams.• Excellent in managing and leading people, coaching and developing teams.• Strong people management experience.WE OFFER:• Open and friendly working environment.• Hybrid work – in Poznań (1-3 times per month).• First contract for 6 months and then for a permanent period.• Package of benefits (including private medical care, sport card, MyBenefit platform, cofinancing for holidays etc.).
