5+ years of relevant experience working at an airline or with an airline IT solution provider,, University degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent qualifications with several years of experience., Good understanding of airline operational processes or aviation-related domains., Strong service orientation and excellent customer communication skills., Experience in IT operations (complex applications) is desirable., Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills., Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities., High level of initiative, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure., Ability to work independently as well as in interdisciplinary teams., Business-fluent English (B2/C1)., Willingness to travel and to work on-site with customers internationally., Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days in the office in Gdańsk., Experience working with aviation systems, especially at the IT–business interface., Aviation knowledge is an advantage.
