Experience in operating automated equipment and robot-based production lines, Understanding of process-specific characteristics such as SMT, Assembly, Injection, Press, Experience in practice al operation of TS16949/IATF 16949 quality system, Proficient in utilizing MES, ERP, SAP and POP system, Experience in quantitative productivity and KPI management, Ability to manage work progress according to plan, through milestones and logic trees, Ability to manage production planning and management, line balancing and process improvement, Experience in process improvement projects such as Lean , 6 sigma (GB/BB MBB certification), Ability to utilize quality management tools such as FMEA, SPC, and MSA, College graduate or higher(Majoring in mechanical, electrical or electronic, Industrial Engineering), More than 7 Years of experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing, More then 3 years of experience in leading an organization as a production team leader, or manger, English qualification C1 or similar level, Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills, Weekend/night shifts available when needed, Responsibility and an open mind are essential
