We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex software delivery initiatives across global teams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with excellent leadership and communication skills.Key Requirements: 7+ years of experience managing large-scale software programs. Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum. Strong background in stakeholder management, risk assessment, and delivery planning. Proven experience implementing DevOps practices and managing CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of cloud environments and modern software architecture. Advanced JIRA skills – creating reports, workflows, and automation. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. Fluent in English (C1). Nice to Have: Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.). Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, or automation tools.
