Contract: B2B Remote from Poland 📍 Competencies Lead client engagements by conducting comprehensive needs assessments, product demonstrations, and strategy workshops to ensure successful adoption to customer solutions. Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, providing thought leadership on best practices and industry trends to clients and internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to influence product roadmap and enhancements based on client feedback. Design and deliver tailored training programs to empower clients in effectively utilizing our products, maximizing their return on investment. Measure and report on client satisfaction and product utilization, proactively addressing any challenges to ensure long-term success. Required 5 years of experience in product consulting, product management, or a related field, with a proven track record in client engagement and satisfaction. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering compelling product demonstrations to diverse audiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Experience with eCommerce industry relevant to SAP Hybris CCV2 Commerce Tools offerings, demonstrating an understanding of the market landscape and competitive positioning. Proficiency with CRM and analytics to track client interactions and product performance.
