Proven experience in a similar role as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT position, Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions, Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management, Minimum of three years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design / development, Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, systems integration, and project management principles, Experience with the Progress OpenEdge platform and the ABL programming language (both procedural and OO) is a strong plus, Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, Excellent analytical and technical skill, Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, Ability to work with developers in an “in-and-out" outsourced environment, Excellent planning and organizational skills, Capable of translating business requirements in functional specs, Team player, with experience in Europe and Asia ideally and in virtual teams, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
