Proven Project Engineering/Project Management experience of at least 3 years in the automotive industry., Technical background advantageous but not essential., Good understanding of engineering principles., Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency., Strong organizational skills: time and task management., Analytical, problem-solving skills, Fluent English level (knowledge of Japanese Language would be a strong asset)., Advanced negotiation and explanation ability., Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, both within the company and when dealing externally., Ability to create clear & concise information, together with high-level presentation skills., Interpersonal skills, ability to make and manage good relationships, Positive attitude and adaptability/flexibility a must., Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines, and in high pressure situations., Ability to work in a decentralized project management structure with various level of stake-holders, and project element leaders’ involvement.
