Demonstration of successful performance as Project Manager with min. 5 years of work- related experience in industry project execution and in addition in design and construction phase, preferable in EPC projects for sectors like: Advanced Manufacturing, Life Science (Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology facilities),, Degree Engineering Discipline, Fluent communication skills in English, Willingness to travel in various locations, Strong organizational, communication and team building skills, Proactive – goal orientated with the initiative to influence events positively, Construction site experience, Ability to resolve problems and to be comfortable in complex project or business environments, Analytical approach to problem solving and identifying potential solutions, Ability to influence a group of diverse individuals, each with their own goals, needs, and perspectives, to work together effectively for the good of a project, Combination of significant Design Office and Site experience within various European countries will be preferable, Experience as a project controls lead, contracts lead, etc. including field assignment, Project or area management experience in international locations and diverse cultural environments, Good understanding of project design, engineering, procurement, material management, construction, commissioning, start up, turn over work processes, sequencing, and interfaces, Good understanding of project financing and how to make a profit on project, Understanding of Project Controls including Planning (also Scheduling), Estimating and Cost Control, Appreciation of key elements of contract law and when to engage legal, Certification in project management e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) is welcome
