Hybrid work model (Warsaw) Security Clearance: Is required (security screening procedure must be initiated within first 45 days of assignment) English C1 (certification needed) B2B: 150-190 zł/h netto + VAT Responsibilities: Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members Plans and controls project products delivery processes Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules).
