At least 10 years of senior project/program management experience, including managing complex, multi-project programs, Proven experience in Finance Transformation initiatives and familiarity with Finance domains such as FP&A, BP&A, ISCF, or Controllership, PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field, Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills across all organizational levels, Good command of English enabling fluent communication in an international environment, Residing in Poland required
