About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven Presentation Designer who loves transforming ideas into clear, compelling visual stories. In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal teams to design polished, on-brand presentations that support leadership communications, client-facing materials, and key initiatives.

This is a 20-hours-per-week contract role, remote, with candidates required to be based in Minnesota, running through the end of April. The role starts ASAP.

What You’ll Do

• Design and refine high-impact presentations using existing brand guidelines
• Translate complex information into visually engaging, easy-to-digest slides
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand messaging goals and audience needs
• Elevate layouts, typography, charts, and visuals for executive-level presentations
• Manage multiple presentation projects with quick turnarounds and strong attention to detail
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and polish across all deliverables

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Presentation Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides (Keynote a plus)
• Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
• Experience working within established brand guidelines
• A portfolio showcasing presentation or slide-based design work
