University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education, At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable as a main process and relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Spanish and English knowledge on min. B2 level (essential for client communication purposes), Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools, Specialist Knowledge in one or more areas of Accounts Receivable as priority, Good accounting skills, with ability to analyze the accounts that the expenses are hitting, Independent working in a non-structured environment, Prior experience in process improvement projects, Excellent communication, Proven experience in leading process improvement project, ERP experience mandatory (MS Dynamics would be an asset), Collections process specialist needs to have excellent command over the language and good customer management skills
