What you will do

We are utilizing a city's existing fleet and a growing number of mobile devices connected to our network, we collect real-time data that supports the enforcement of traffic laws. We are implementing the first technology provider to create a vision-based solution capable of detecting, understanding, and determine causation of traffic violations, to help cities achieve their Vision Zero safety goals.

• Develop and implement data analysis strategies for field and test data.
• Execute end-to-end system validation testing programs.
• Improve test methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define product quality metrics.
• Ensure data quality and traceability
• Communicate technical findings
• Identify and mitigate potential product risks based on testing insights.
• Manage field testing activities, ensuring timely and accurate data collection

Requirements

MUST

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant or related experience, with understanding of software quality assurance processes.
• Good planning, communication, and observation skills.
• Problem solving
• Ability to create effective test scenarios
• Willing to learn new tools and best practices in QA.
• Testing experience
• Basic programming skills in Python, C++ or a similar language.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery tools (Github Actions)

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of active learning, semi-supervised learning, and other similar approaches for visual data analysis
• Understanding of MLOps best practices
• General understanding of DL models development and their deployment process on both embedded platforms such as Nvidia Jetson and various cloud inference solutions
• Experience with multi-task model training and semi-supervised DL model training on video data
• Proven track record - significant industry experience and/or publications at venues such as ICRA, RSS, IROS, or CVPR
