2–5 years of QA experience in web/API-based applications, Understanding of insurance domain (preferably in underwriting/claims), Exposure to testing GenAI model outputs and prompts, Experience with QA tools ADO, JIRA, Postman, Selenium, Strong attention to detail, documentation, and teamwork skills, Comfort working in agile sprints and fast-paced deliveries, A visit to the office in Kraków once a month., Knowledge of prompt engineering or RAG-based GenAI solutions, Understanding of data validation and AI governance, Experience in low-code/no-code environments
