Zakres obowiązków Leading global development projects-from concept and design through implementation. Managing technical and project teams (software, hardware, product development). Accountability for project schedules, budgets, and overall delivery quality. Development of new products and continuous improvement of existing solutions. Ensuring project compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable standards. Oversight of software development processes and risk management activities. Collaboration with senior management and international stakeholders. Wymagania Higher technical education (e.g., computer science, electronics, engineering or related fields). Minimum 8 years of experience in R&D (5 years in a managerial or project leadership role). Practical experience in managing teams and leading complex technical projects. Proficiency with tools supporting project work and software development such as: Jira, Confluence, PLM, ALM, ERP. Very good command of English (fluent).
