First experience in HR or recruiting, Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Fluent in German (spoken and written), Fluent in English (spoken and written), Strong organizational and communication skills, Understanding of recruiting processes and candidate communication, Experience in organizing recruiting events or career fairs, Experience in coordinating appointments and handling external/internal communication, Experience with employee referral programs and recruiting KPIs
