Working Hours: 2 pm – 10 pm, This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from our Kraków office (50%)., Proven ability to manage processes and coordinate multiple tasks effectively (experience in requisition management or similar administrative/operational work is a plus, but not required)., Familiarity with recruitment workflows, Workday, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage; willingness to learn is essential., Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels., Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities., Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., Experience with process improvement or optimization methodologies., Exposure to ATS or HRIS platforms (or similar systems) is beneficial.
