Wymagania
At least 10 years of leadership experience in fundraising, marketing, business development or donor relations in profit and/or non-profit organizations., A strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading investment strategies., Deep knowledge of the Polish donor and consumer landscape., Strategic mindset, analytical strength and the ability to lead through influence across multiple countries. Multicultural Leadership experience is welcome., Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills., High professional integrity and alignment with Greenpeace values., Fluency in English is required. Polish language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement., Non-profit experience is welcome but not mandatory
