Job tasks: Managing day-to-day relationships with corporate and institutional banking clients Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and ongoing support Coordinating client onboarding, periodic reviews, and KYC documentation with internal compliance teams Identifying client needs and ensuring delivery of banking products and services Monitoring client satisfaction and maintaining strong long-term partnerships Supporting internal teams with client data, documentation, and reporting requirements
Collaborating with sales, compliance, and operations to enhance customer experience
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in building and managing relationships with banking clients or in a similar client-facing role Proficiency in English at a minimum B2/C1 level Strong ability to work independently and excellent organizational skills Availability to start immediately
Very good knowledge of French or German will be considered an asset
