Twoja przyszła firmaFor our client - an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for experienced person to lead trade marketing agenda. This role will be accountable for translating marketing objectives into retail impact—ensuring product visibility, availability, and recommendation at the point of sale. The Trade Marketing Manager works closely with Sales, KAMs, Brand Marketing, and Commercial Excellence & Digital team to develop customer-facing campaigns, deploy POS materials, and track promotional effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in driving sell-out performance and building pharmacist advocacy in both chain and independent pharmacies.Oczekiwania Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Sales within Consumer Health, OTC, University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, Strong track record of designing and executing pharmacy-level promotional campaigns, Experience working with pharmacy chains, distributors, and retail partners, Familiarity with POS materials, sell-out KPIs, and field sales collaboration, Strong analytical skills and ability to manage budgets and ROI evaluations, Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and collaboration platforms. Obowiązki Translate brand plans into trade marketing strategies tailored to channel dynamics and customer profiles, Define visibility, pricing, promotion, and point-of-sale (POS) tactics by brand and account type. Develop national promotional calendars and toolkits in collaboration with Marketing and KAMs and Digital, Design and deploy sell-out campaigns across pharmacy chains and distributors, Produce pharmacy-facing content, materials, and POS assets aligned with regulatory requirements, Coordinate with Sales and 3rd-party agencies to ensure timely and high-quality implementation, Monitor field activation and ensure consistency across regions and stores, Support KAMs in aligning promotional mechanics and trade plans with account agreements, Develop merchandising strategy with understanding clients category management Analyze sell-out trends and shopper behaviour to refine visibility and activation strategies, Track ROI of trade activities and optimize based on performance insights, Act as the key liaison between brand, sales, and field force to ensure execution readiness, Provide sales reps with tools, talking points, and activation guidelines for in-store success, Provide Key Account Managers (KAMs) with digital tools to support the e-commerce aspect of the pharmacy chain's business, Collect and integrate field feedback to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, Manage trade marketing budget and allocate resources based on priority and ROI potential, Ensure all promotional activities comply with internal SOPs and external regulations.
