Job offer for the position of Procurement Manager in a global company in the medical industry.

Job Tasks:

Conducts market and internal analysis

Develops strategic and tactical sourcing plans for IT services and products and implements sourcing strategies – leveraging spend and category know-how

Manages negotiates with suppliers to meet stakeholder requirements (IT services)

Leads procurement – related projects – delivering and executing

Translates sourcing outcomes into content and automated purchasing channels

Automates procurement processes to enhance efficiency

Improves business adoption and user satisfaction with procurement solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with business needs

Requirements:

You have 5+ years procurement experience in strategic sourcing, category strategy building and strategic project execution with general contracting understanding and proficiency or relevant related commodity experience

You possess knowledge and experience in the IT Services commodity area and awareness of adjacent commodities

You hold a university degree, preferably in business or a related discipline

You are a curious, active listener and willing to experiment and test new ideas when appropriate, with the focus very much on continuous learning and improvement

You are open-minded and inclusive, generously sharing ideas and knowledge, while being receptive to ideas and feedback from others

You are fluent in English to a Business level
