Your future companyFor our Client, an international Company and leader in the production of paper and packaging, we are looking for an experienced Candidate for the position of Head of Sales.Requirements

Proven experience in leading and growing sales teams in a competitive market.

Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.

Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.

Experience in defining pricing strategies and overseeing the entire sales process from planning to delivery.

Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

Strong organizational and change management abilities.

Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and company-specific systems; ability to use analytics tools for reporting and decision-making.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) and a valid Category B driver’s license.

Knowledge of Polish and EU regulations on occupational health and safety, fire safety, environmental protection, and labor law.

Familiarity with LEAN management principles and continuous improvement methods is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy in line with market trends, competition, trade shows, and market research data.

Prepare and execute product sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets.

Manage and strengthen customer relationships through effective use of the company’s CRM system.

Define pricing policies and strategies for various product categories to ensure profitability goals are met.

Plan and execute sales promotions and incentive programs within the approved budget.

Establish and monitor quality management standards across sales processes and products.

Ensure all customer contracts align with the company’s commercial interests and are properly executed.

Oversee accurate and timely processing of customer orders within accounting and production systems.

Plan and coordinate product storage and transportation to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient resource use.

Monitor customer payments and ensure timely settlements.
