What do we expect from you? Language skills: Proficiency in Czech (C1/C2)/ Slovak (C1/C2) / Croatian (C1/C2) / Slovenian (C1/C2) and knowledge of English (B1-B2 level);   Experience: Great if you have experience in technology focused roles and in customer service in general;   Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   

Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic, open to having clear conversations with customers, solution oriented.
