The Urbino 18 hydrogen bus won the prestigious title of 'Bus of The Year 2025'.We are currently looking for candidates for the role of:Battery Design and Assurance ManagerLocation: Bolechowo - Osiedle, hybrid model - 50/50 monthlyYour Tasks:·       defining design assurance strategies aligned with product development timelines,·       developing comprehensive test plans covering performance, safety, durability, and compliance,·       prioritizing testing activities based on risk assessments and project milestones,·       coordinating efforts across design, simulation, quality, and manufacturing teams,·       ensuring effective feedback loops between test results and design iterations,·       representing the team in program reviews and technical meetings,·       analyzing test data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in collaboration with other Battery HUB teams,·       driving data-informed decision-making based on test outcomes,·       ensuring all design assurance activities comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO, UN38.3, IEC),·       monitoring and implement updates to industry standards into validation plans,·       continuously improving design adaptation processes and tools,·       leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of test engineers and technicians,·       allocating resources effectively across multiple validation projects. Our Expectations: ·       proven experience in design assurance or validation within battery systems or related fields,·       strong understanding of industry standards and safety requirements for battery products,·       analytical skills with the ability to interpret test data and drive decisions,·       experience working in cross-functional project environments,·       leadership skills and experience managing teams and projects,·       excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities,·       very good English command (min.
