In this role, you'll support the sales process from lead qualification to proposal creation. Working closely with our sales and delivery teams, you'll enrich client data, respond to inbound leads, and help craft compelling offers that drive deal closure.  What you'll be doing Enriching and maintaining client data (B2B/B2C segmentation, PLG/SLG classification) Responding to inbound leads quickly and professionally Drafting and preparing sales proposals and offers Supporting ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives Collaborating with sales and delivery teams throughout the sales process Managing communication with potential clients Qualifying leads and ensuring smooth handoff to the sales team  What we're looking for Min. 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or B2B sales environment (preferably in SaaS/tech/startups) Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive) Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and Notion Understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification (MQL/SQL) Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and SLG (Sales-Led Growth) models Strong copywriting skills for sales communication Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (written and spoken) Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to respond quickly  Nice to have Experience with data enrichment tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay) Experience with ABM methodology Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make) Background in B2B marketing or demand generation  What do we offer? Flexible choice of employment form - employment contract (UoP) or B2B contract, Salary based on experience:  B2B: 7 000 – 9 000 zƂ netto + VAT UoP: 5 500 – 7 000 zƂ brutto Based on your employment form, you may enjoy extra paid days off to recharge and maintain healthy work-life harmony, Potential to become a Partner at Valueships and own a part of our company, We work primarily remotely, but we happen to organize an office day with free lunches at our headquarters in WrocƂaw - you decide what is better for you, We take care of the development of our team members; if you are interested in a course or postgraduate studies, Valueships will support you financially, Possibility to participate and give speeches on Industry Conferences suited for your interests, 3 days of on-site onboarding to introduce you to the company and give you a chance to get to know us better (cost will be covered on our end), Our Partners always available for Problem Solving sessions (not like in many other Consulting firms), Average working time of 7h a day (don't forget about lunch), Truly flexible working schedule - if you need to start earlier, finish later or take a nap during the day - just do it! Team off-sites twice a year to slow down a bit and feel part of the entire company.  Ready to Join? If you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role where you can make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you.
