A successful RTR Team Leader should have:, A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field., Proven expertise in the Record to Report (RTR) process, preferably servicing multiple European (business & manufacturing) entities., Experience and knowledge related to IFRS (including IFRS 16), SAP, RPA / BPM tools., Strong leadership and team management skills., Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and regulations., Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills., Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities., Fluency in English (C1), both written and spoken.
