Rutgers University -Camden seeks candidates to facilitate Rutgers Future Scholars workshops. Provides complex academic support and subject matter expertise in youth development and K-12 educational practices. This position will communicate and collaborate with numerous external constituents to maintain involvement in all facets of grant-funded projects and works closely with project participants to increase academic achievement. Ability to manage assigned duties in order to complete project tasks in a timely manner. Ability to utilize virtual online learning platforms if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Also requires a minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience in an administrative and/or supervisory function, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.
