In this role you will enable efficient banking-related sales processes, strengthen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. You will work closely with sales & account managers, product experts, and internal and external stakeholders. What You Will Do coordinate client engagements, including meetings, demos, workshops, and the preparation of tailored presentations and sales materials to banking services clients align agendas and communication across internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and consistent messaging maintain and update CRM data (SAP Sales Cloud), ensuring accurate tracking of client information, sales opportunities, and pipeline status manage proactive follow-ups on sales activities, support proposal and contract preparation, and ensure proper documentation and archiving compile and structure sales figures, KPIs, and client insights to support reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement What You Bring experience in sales support or business operations, ideally within banking or financial services strong ability to create professional client presentations and structure sales-related data and KPIs proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (SAP Sales Cloud required) excellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate agendas, documentation, and multiple stakeholders fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional training or certification in Sales Operations, CRM, or Data Analysis is a plus What We Offer hybrid model up to 40% working from home private Medical care and life insurance meal, transportation and electricity allowance up to 20 days working from abroad / Day for U access to technical and language learning platforms
