Sample Tasks

• Build and implement the following four license types in the client's department Salesforce licensing system:

  • Shell Egg/Poultry/Rabbits Exemption
  • Wild Game Exemption
  • Custom Exempt Meat Processor
  • Bulk Milk Hauler

• Create and map out a scalable process and solution for future license types

• Review stories assigned for each sprint, check acceptance criteria, and confirm assumptions with Product Owner

• Attend daily stand-up meetings with the Salesforce Product Team which includes Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and other developer(s)

• Participate in solution design sessions (e.g., reviewing workflows for a new license type)

• Build or update Salesforce Flows to support a licensing workflow

• Configure UI updates in Experience Cloud (new application forms, document upload logic)

• Sync with QA engineers, developer(s), Product Owner, and Scrum Master on refinements or discovered issues

• Provide knowledge transfer to team members

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

• Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience in designing scalable licensing and permitting structures
• Experience in Salesforce integrations with multiple external systems, including payment gateways and banking systems, to streamline licensing and financial workflows
• Experience with Flows (record-triggered, screen, orchestrated) and Apex (classes, triggers, test classes)
• Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Dataraptors)
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the Salesforce user interface and improve overall application performance
• Experience in data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce systems
• Experience building custom applications using declarative customization capabilities like Flows and App Builder to automate business processes and reduce manual effort
• Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service
• Salesforce certifications: Certified Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Platform Developer 1
