B2 is required•  SAP IDocs maintenance/monitoring experience as an additional value•  Willingness to learn and support SAP cross-module technical issues•  L2 SAP Support operating experience•  ABAP reading skills nice to have as an additional skill•  Readiness to learn customized SAP solutions•  Tasks: SAP Retail L2 technical support, ticket analysis, data corrections and adjustments withing SAP-systems according to users requests, configuration adaptation, management and implementation of customized settings, cooperation with L3 support team, trainings for 1st Level teams, preparation of training documents.•  Working in shifts between 7.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.•  The employee can apply the behavioral competence in practice and find his/her way in unfamiliar, demanding situations with support•  Readiness to support of other SAP modules issues•  work in ticketing tool, mailbox, monitoring tools•  Nice to have: S/4 Hana, experience in more SAP modules: Basis, PI monitoring.We take care of your personal data privacy.
