This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and efficient HR operations across the organization.Key Responsibilities System Design & Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements. Integration & Optimization: Integrate SAP HCM with FI and other core SAP modules. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Drive continuous process improvements and system enhancements. Support & Maintenance: Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM-related issues. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of system changes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align system functionality with business needs. Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HR / HCM domain. Proven experience in SAP HCM configuration and implementation. Strong knowledge of SAP HANA platform. Familiarity with Polish payroll and HR processes is a plus. Ability to manage integrations between HCM and FI modules. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. English proficiency (written and spoken).
