Zakres obowiązków Design, develop, and manage end-to-end Customer Care / Contact Center solutions supporting Order to Cash (O2C) processes Integrate SAP SD (ECC & S/4HANA) with Salesforce Service Cloud and EDI platforms Lead development and support of integrations using SAP CPI / PI/PO, REST/SOAP APIs, IDOC, RFC, Proxy, BAPI, and EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of Customer Care systems Collaborate with integration teams (MuleSoft), IT, business, and commercial teams Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights Support post-go-live activities and troubleshoot integration issues Take full ownership of solutions and drive implementation end-to-end Wymagania 5-8 years of IT experience with functional and configuration expertise Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior integrator in SAP/CRM Strong knowledge of Order to Cash and Customer Care processes Hands-on SAP ↔ Salesforce ↔ EDI integrations; familiarity with MuleSoft Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills Oferujemy Permanent employment with opportunities for career progression Remote work and flexible schedule Company car or allowance Generous holiday leave and focus on work-life balance Annual performance bonus
