Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD (preferred) degree in nutrition, human biology, biochemistry, food science, chemistry, or a related scientific field., Minimum 2 years of industry or relevant experience, ideally related to scientific claims support for food or supplements., Proven ability to evaluate scientific literature and translate findings into clear, actionable communication., Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities., Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving goals., Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English., Fluency in an additional language is a plus., Understanding of EU food legislation and regulatory requirements related to product claims., Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for food, supplements, or cosmetics outside EMEA is an advantage., Experience related to botanical ingredients, claim substantiation, or preparation of scientific dossiers (e.g., for health claims) is highly desirable., Ability to build relationships and interact with external scientific or regulatory stakeholders is welcomed., Proficiency in PC tools (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
