The project involves the development and integration of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, ABAP) with the Client's Cloud platform, primarily in the area of finance (FI) and commercial processes (MM, SD).This is a role with significant architectural and product impact, combining development, cloud integrations, and support for enterprise Clients.Your responsibilitiesLead development and integration using ABAP and SAP technologies, including Cloud environments.Design, build, test, optimize, and maintain scalable software in line with architectural guidelines.Conduct requirements analysis, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality solutions.Support deployments, maintenance, and releasesAct as a key technical contact for product teams and stakeholders.Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.Plan and estimate project scope and timelines to ensure timely delivery.Produce functional and technical specifications, test plans, and documentation.Promote coding standards and software quality, ensuring maintainable and secure code.Participate in agile ceremonies and perform code reviews.Identify technical issues and opportunities for improvement.Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.Produce clear technical and customer-facing documentation.Provide customer support, including occasional after-hours assistance (*to be defined later)Our requirementsMinimum 7-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and project planning.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Proficient in SAP S/4HANA 2022+ and ECC 6.0 platforms, with hands-on experience in the FI module, including journal postings and related processes.Advanced ABAP skills: Object-Oriented Programming, MVC architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, Core Data Services (CDS) views, and HANA Query Analyzer.Experienced in SAP integrations and modernization: BDC, User Exits, BAdIs, SAP Clean Core, web services (configuration, consumption, testing).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive in learning and adapting to new SAP technologies.Willingness to work 2 days per week at the client’s office in Cracow.OptionalKnowledge of SAP BTP/Steampunk, ABAP RAP (cloud-native), automated testing (C#/Selenium), FI special postings (FISL, FICA), and Fiori UI development.This is how we organize our workTeam size10-15This is how we workin houseyou develop several projects simultaneouslyagileWhat we offerJob stability – long-term projects, collaboration with leading companies, and opportunities to grow in various areas of the IT industry.Flexible work arrangements – B2B contract, employment contract, or mandate contract.Benefits: Medicover (including dental care), FitProfit, English lessons.Internal referral program.IT certification funding opportunities.Depending on the project, work can be hybrid, remote, or on-site.Special events and team-building trips – we build a strong team also outside the office.We like to help – supporting charitable initiatives such as Szlachetna Paczka, and through #PomagamyNexio we engage where we can make a real difference.
