Minimum 4 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a similar role, Proven expertise in fixed assets and lease accounting under IFRS 16 or ASC 842, Strong knowledge of SAP Finance and MS Excel, Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, Experience with lease accounting tools (e.g., Nakisa, CoStar, Tango); Blackline is a plus, Solid understanding of RTR processes and accounting principles, Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls, Proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines, Team player with a collaborative spirit
