The Opportunity

Harnham is partnering with a high-growth, data-driven organisation to hire a Senior Strategic Analytics Analyst into a high-visibility role. This position sits at the heart of commercial decision-making, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance, optimise strategy, and deliver actionable insight at scale.

The Role

As a Senior Strategic Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for driving insight across key business initiatives, owning end-to-end analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic and performance analysis across core business areas, identifying trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
• Developing and maintaining reporting frameworks and KPIs to monitor business health and initiative impact
• Partnering with product, operations, and data teams to support new initiatives, releases, and process improvements
• Conducting deep-dive analyses to evaluate performance changes and inform leadership recommendations
• Supporting analytical validation and ongoing monitoring of models and data-driven initiatives
• Communicating insights clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable narratives

About You

This role would suit someone with a strong analytical foundation who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.

You will bring:

• 3–7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategic analysis
• Strong SQL capability and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Python or R is a plus
• Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• A proven ability to influence decision-making through insight rather than authority
• Strong communication skills and a commercial, problem-solving mindset
