The Business Strategy Analytics team's mission is to transform data into strategic insights that empower our leaders to make informed decisions, effectively track progress, and unlock growth opportunities. Through deep metric understanding, holistic business views, and detailed analytics, we enable concrete actions that drive business success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define, monitor, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business health and progress against strategic goals.
• Lead regular business reviews, clearly presenting performance insights to executives and business unit leaders.
• Conduct deep, cross-functional analyses to identify trends, surface growth opportunities, and drive actionable insights.
• Deliver strategic insights and scenario analyses to support decision-making in ambiguous, high-impact situations (e.g., go/no-go on new markets or product bets).
• Own and execute end-to-end analytics projects across multiple business domains, from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery and impact measurement.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and consistency.
• Promote data literacy by creating documentation and training materials.

Requirements

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, consulting, or a related analytical role
• Excellent communication/storytelling skills, capable of influencing Leadership level stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• A proactive mindset with curiosity to investigate discrepancies and identify opportunities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a rigorous and structured approach to data analysis.
• Proven Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills (e.g. driver-based modeling, sensitivity analysis, or financial impact estimation)
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics projects and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have:

• Experience in fast-growing, data-driven startups, marketplaces or subscription businesses
• Hands-on experience with Looker and Snowflake
