5–7+ years in one or more of the following environments: Marketing / digital / MarTech agency Client-side (marketing, growth, digital, CRM, e-commerce) Technology provider (MarTech, data, adtech – e.g., DSP, SSP, CDP), Hands-on experience bridging business, technology, and data, Practical experience with projects involving: Marketing automation CRM Personalization Data and channel integration, Experience engaging with English-speaking clients, Strong consultative and partner-oriented communication skills, Fluent English (C1) for meetings, presentations, strategic discussions, and long-term collaboration, Comfortable discussing KPIs, ROI, efficiency, and scaling initiatives, Ability to translate technological solutions into tangible business value, Responsible for both client relationships and project outcomes, not just sales or delivery, Comfortable working in environments without off-the-shelf solutions or templates, Experience with projects requiring integration of data, processes, and channels, Familiarity with ecosystems such as: Marketing Automation / CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, Marketing Cloud, or similar) Analytics & Data (GA4, CDP, dashboards, BigQuery – conceptual level), Understanding the business implications of AI and automation in marketing
