Minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud security or related fields, Deep understanding of cryptography and controls across at least 2 major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Hands-on experience creating and configuring cryptography controls in cloud environments, Strong knowledge of federated account models in cloud, Solid understanding of cryptography tooling and associated technologies, Proven ability to review and analyze technical documentation, Experience with structured testing lifecycles and related artefacts, Background in cybersecurity and secure cloud practices, Ability to work with complex security frameworks in large-scale cloud environments, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, Fluent Polish and English, Experience working in financial services, Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud security features, Exposure to cloud compliance and regulatory standards, Experience working with globally distributed teams
