Role: Senior Developer (Azure / Microsoft ETL, Data and SSIS)Industry: BankingLocation:People from Kraków - 5x per months in the officePeople from Warsaw - 3x per months in the officePeople outside of Kraków and Warsaw - 3x per quarter in the officeType of contract: B2BDuration: long-term cooperationSummary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer (Azure / Microsoft ETL, Data and SSIS) to build and maintain enterprise-scale data integration solutions using Microsoft technologies and Azure services.Main Responsibilities:This role involves both the development and maintenance of data integration solutions. The primary duties include:Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using SSIS and Microsoft data technologies.Build and support data integration pipelines using Azure data services (e.g. Azure Data Factory).Develop and optimize data transformations, workflows, and scheduling processes.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements into technical solutions.Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data pipelines.Support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives.Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing ETL and data solutions.Participate in Agile delivery activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Requirements:Strong hands-on experience with SSIS and Microsoft ETL technologies.Proven experience with Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, etc.).Solid understanding of data warehousing and data integration concepts.Strong SQL skills (SQL Server).Experience with large datasets and complex data flows.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.Nice to Have:Experience with Azure Synapse, Data Lake, or Power BI.Experience in banking or financial services environments.Knowledge of CI/CD for data pipelines and Azure DevOps.
