Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior DevOps Engineer (Aviation)Responsibilities: Adopt and implement standard CI/CD pipelines and customize them for project requirements Integrate artifact storage solutions Automate container builds and deployment processes Deploy and scale containerized applications Collaborate with the central DevOps team to report gaps, suggest improvements, and align on best practices Enforce security standards and manage secrets and credentials in compliance with enterprise policies Implement centralized logging and metrics collection according to enterprise standards Act as the bridge between the Digital Product team and the central DevOps team, ensuring smooth adoption of standards Work with developers and automation testers to optimize build, test, and deployment workflows Identify and resolve project-specific bottlenecks in build, test, and deployment processes Optimize resource usage for cost efficiency and performance Implement auto-scaling and self-healing for high availability  Requirements: Knowledge of CI/CD & Build Tools: Jenkins, Git (BitBucket), Maven, Nexus Knowledge of Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Podman, Helm, OpenShift (OKD/OCP) Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible Knowledge of Security & Compliance: HashiCorp Vault, Veracode, Trivy, Syft Monitoring & Observability: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana Databases & Messaging: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka (Confluent), Solace PubSub+ Scripting & Automation: Python, Bash Collaboration Tools: JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams Agile & Hybrid DevOps Model: Experience working in federated/centralized DevOps environments  Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
