Office location: Gdańsk or remote with occasional office visits - depending on the candidate’s locationEmployment type: Full-time employment contract, 25 000 - 35 000 PLN gross, long-term, directly with the clientDomain: Semiconductors / Advanced AI systemsWe are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help us build, improve, and maintain a modern cloud infrastructure.Main Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and enhance continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Tackle complex optimization challenges across development and deployment processes. Collaborate closely with software teams to ensure smooth and efficient development workflows. Work with architecture and hardware teams on cross-functional initiatives. Design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using AWS services. Deploy, manage, and support both production and development environments in the cloud. Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer. Strong experience with Linux-based systems. Proven track record in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automating release processes. Familiarity with workflows like GitHub Actions and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana. Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code. Solid understanding of virtualization platforms like VMware, KVM, and Vagrant. Experience with configuration management tools (Packer, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt). Programming skills in Python, Go, or Rust. Knowledge of load balancing, scalability techniques, and infrastructure automation. Experience with tools such as Docker, Artifactory, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS solutions. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Previous experience in a hardware-focused company is a plus.
